These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Hunt N Hull mobile application and related services (the “App”). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. Platform Role
Hunt N Hull is a marketplace platform that helps connect users (such as travelers/guests and property owners/hosts). We do not own, manage, or control third-party properties or services listed in the App, and we are not a party to agreements between users unless explicitly stated.
2. Accounts
You may need an account to use certain features. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
3. Listings
Hosts are responsible for ensuring listing details (pricing, availability, amenities, photos, rules) are accurate, lawful, and do not infringe third-party rights. We may remove or restrict listings that violate these Terms or applicable laws.
4. Bookings & Payments
If the App enables bookings, users may reserve properties and/or services through the App. Pricing, fees, and applicable taxes will be shown before confirmation where supported.
- Payments: Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. We do not store full card details.
- Fees: We may apply service or booking-related fees, if disclosed at the time of booking.
- Cancellations/Refunds: Cancellation rules may vary by listing and will be disclosed in the App where available.
5. User Content, Reviews & Messaging
The App may allow users to post content (e.g., listings, photos, reviews) and communicate via messaging. You are responsible for content you submit and represent that you have the rights to share it.
Reviews must reflect genuine experiences and must not be abusive, deceptive, or unlawful. We may remove content that violates these Terms or our policies.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the App for unlawful purposes, fraud, or misrepresentation
- Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
- Post hateful, sexually explicit, or violent content
- Upload content that infringes intellectual property rights
- Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, disrupt, or overload the App
- Circumvent safety, moderation, or security measures
7. Safety, Reporting & Enforcement
The App may provide tools to report and/or block users and content. We may investigate reports and take action, including content removal, suspension, or termination, when violations are found.
8. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms, create risk for other users, or if required by law. You may stop using the App at any time.
9. Disclaimers
The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that listings, user content, or services will always be available, accurate, or error-free.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hunt N Hull will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for disputes between users, property conditions, or third-party services.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable laws in the United States, without regard to conflict of laws principles, unless your local consumer protection laws require otherwise.
