Cwaysapp provides video-based delivery instructions to help delivery drivers place packages at the correct doorstep, entrance, gate, apartment, office, or preferred drop-off location.

Depending on how you use Cwaysapp, we may collect the following types of information:
- Account Information: such as your name, email address, phone number, and account login details.
- Delivery Information: such as your delivery address, apartment or unit details, preferred drop-off location, and delivery instructions.
- Video Instructions: short video clips, generally around 10 to 20 seconds, recorded by you to help drivers find the correct delivery location.
- Location and GPS Metadata: such as approximate or precise location information associated with your delivery address or recorded instructions, where enabled or required for service functionality.
- Device and Log Data: such as device type, operating system, app version, IP address, timestamps, crash logs, and usage activity.
- Support Communications: information you provide when contacting us for help, feedback, deletion requests, or technical support.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
- To provide, operate, and improve Cwaysapp services.
- To help authorized delivery drivers locate the correct delivery point.
- To match delivery instructions with the correct delivery address or package.
- To reduce missed, misplaced, delayed, or incorrectly delivered packages.
- To provide customer support and respond to user requests.
- To improve logistics efficiency and app performance.

- Legal or Safety Recipients: where disclosure is required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, or security of users, Cwaysapp, delivery partners, or the public.
5. Access Controls for Delivery Videos
We apply access controls designed to limit unnecessary exposure of delivery videos and related information. These controls may include:
- Role-based access permissions.
- Driver access limited to assigned or authorized deliveries.
- Time-limited access to delivery videos where technically available.
- Access logging, monitoring, and review for security purposes.
6. Data Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as needed for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.
- Video Instructions: may be automatically deleted after 90 days unless retention is required for support, security, legal, or operational reasons.
- Metadata and Delivery Records: are retained only as necessary for delivery matching, support, security, fraud prevention, analytics, or legal compliance.
- Deletion Requests: users may request deletion of their personal information, subject to legal, security, fraud prevention, or operational requirements.

10. Children’s Privacy
Cwaysapp is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected information from a child under 13, we will take reasonable steps to delete such information.
